We confirm dimensions, material, finish and quantity, then build a sample or CNC file for sign-off.

Mill & join
Timber is cut, CNC-routed and hand-joined on the production floor to your drawings.
Step 03
Finish & QA
Sanding, staining, coating and a build check against your spec before anything ships.
Step 04
Ship & install
Crated, dispatched and, where needed, delivered to site for on-location assembly.

Before you ask
Do you take single, one-off pieces?
Yes. Bespoke one-offs are part of the workshop, not a premium add-on — the process is the same as a project run.
What's the minimum order for bulk projects?
There's no hard minimum. Volume simply changes jig setup and lead time, which we scope in your quote.
Can we see a sample before production?
Always. We build a physical sample or an approved CNC file for sign-off before full manufacturing begins.
